Yesterday my son had his hair cut, the bill came to $14.90 & I tipped her $3. Later I noticed the hair above the ears was uneven & planned on going back today to have her fix it - since the fix won't be charged - do I tip again?

that is up to you. Personally, being a professional, if the service was done wrong the first time, I wouldnt expect a tip from someone else's client. Usually people are a little upset when things don't come out the right way, so I would feel bad taking a tip. Unless me and the person really clicked and were talking, and bs-ing the whole time,..then I wouldn't feel bad lol

If they did a bad job and you have to go AGAIN to get it fixed, I wouldn't tip. Besisdes, you already tipped $3 AND they make money from the $14.90.

Nope. Why would you want to tip the person again who did a lousy job? It will probably only be a few minutes to correct the oversight however, there is no need to tip.

No. And she will respect you for coming back to get it straightened. Don't be too upset, even if you are. Just simply ask if she can straighten it out, and be done with it. If she requests that you pay for it afterwards, then say: "you've got to be kidding!" And then it's okay to get upset.

If it is a completely different visit and she is not going to charge you I would leave a tip. Some places charge for a second haircut, so it could be worse.
