As a manager of a food establishment such as a franchise, you have a lot of extra responsibilities. Trying to remember that you need to hire someone and make sure you've followed company policies can be difficult. If you really want a job and they really want to hire you, they won't mind if you follow up. I just went through this and had to remind the manager she hired me. I'm glad I did I start next week. Good luck.

They like persistence. You are not the only one applying for the job, there are probably dozens of people who want this job as well. The manager wants people who are motivated, people who actually care and want the job. By calling her over and over you are proving to her that YOU want this job. Everyone else is just sitting around thinking "oh they didn't call me, oh well, more unemployment!" while you took the authority to call her. Call her back again.

It is not very business like of her. But bite the bullet and give her a call. Thank her for the interview and ask if she needs anymore information to make a decision.
You may not be her first choice but by showing you are courteous and professional you may be able to change that.
Good luck.

Sounds to me like she is busy. Just call her and politely remind her that she is waiting. I however on the other hand, would be considering whether I wanted to work with someone that is so flaky.

It's ok to call and asked whether have you been recruited by the said company and confirm training details. So that you need not waste your time nor wait endlessly.

I don't know if you are being brushed off or not, but I don't see how you can damage your case by following up with the manager.
She may just be busy. She may resent you pestering her, but if she looks at your follow-up actions as pestering you probably don't have the job anyway.
Good luck.

usually employers wont say ill call you and dont. theyre employers .. usually managers. they deal with people all the time, and even tho most of them are nice .. they have no problems telling it like it is. they always say to call after a week.
