im always stress about something even when im with friends im stressed that i'll say something stupid or something, masterbating sometimes help but now i started losing hair and im only 15 years old im usually stressed about studies i just joined a new school and im way behind, need opinions from people with same problem.

Don't get the masturbation part but maybe you should see a doctor. You might have an anxiety disorder or O.C.D. they could help with medication to level you out and calm you down. Meds can take the edge off so you are not too uptight, but they won't fix the problem. You need to readjust the way you respond to circumstances and that will take time and perhaps meditation.

Talk with your teachers about your school work and work with them so you can get a handle on it. It probably seems like you're standing at the bottom of Mt Everest right now. Well, start to climb it; but do it with someone who knows a few of the tricks.

Never worry about saying something stupid. Everyone does that from time to time. And maybe what you have to say isn't so stupid after all.

I think you should try to make some friends at your new school. This will definitely reduce the tension and help you feel more like you fit in.

well since your only 15 thats probly why. im 21 now and the teen years are always the worst. just go get laid thats the best way to relieve stress.

music calms me down a lot i got social anxiety and always nervous around people but my last interview before i went in i sat in car and just listened to one of favorite songs and didnt think about anything but and i was calm through the whole thing felt better than i ever have in that type of situation

Try to divert your daily routines of work.

Take pause and do reflection before going to sleep.Ask yourself about your purpose of life on earth.

Your prayer is a must. GOD will answer your needs.
