Unless you have a specific health problem you will find that you don't need to intake iodine every day.

You can buy tablets with iodine in them.

However one of the best sources of iodine is seaweed. Before you think...yuk. There are lots of choices here. Nori, japanese seaweed comes in nice little flat snack sized packages (just remember to brush your teeth after eating as it tends to stick between your teeth), but also comes as part of flavouring you can add to rice. You can regulary drink japanese soup (you can buy the little instant packages).

There are of course a range of products contain seaweed, including rice crackers and of course sushi rolls.

You don't need to eat this stuff everyday, but they can be regular parts of your balanced and varied diet.

NO! you pick iodine to sidestep a number of nasty wellbeing problems, besides the shown fact that it is not in all probability in a lot (except you're ingesting particularly some kelp). fairly, sea salt does not comprise iodine. you pick the two the iodized salt or yet another outdoors source to get the iodine you pick.
