I think if you want some apples, you should have some :)
Apples are not as high in fiber as other fruits, but they can still help in weight loss, and they help control cholesterol.
Almost any kind of fruit is great to have as a snack when you're dieting. Just stay away from things like avocados and other fatty "fruits".
Tomatoes and other citrus fruits like pineapple, oranges lemons, limes etc. are great.
Another thing you should watch for is fiber.
Fiber is awesome. When you eat something that has fiber vs. something without fiber, you feel fuller longer which also helps.

Apples are very good for you. lots of fiber that's good for you and will help you feel fuller longer. High fiber while dieting is good. I eat alot of apples too. I've had as many as 4 a day with no problems. I would think if you started to have intestional issues, then to cut back on some.

I personally don't like apples much
but I read food books
and one of my books says that you can replace a cup of coffee
with and apple everymorning because apples give you
3 times the amount of energy that a cup of coffee could without the down side affects.
They also help prevent the growth of prostate cancer.
They improove lung function.
Are natural antioxidants.
And your diet based with a good amount of apples
like what you are describing can reduce cholesterol levels

Why stop eating apples, really?

The only weight loss diet I know of that limits fruit is Atkin's-if youare doing that you really should read the book and do it properly.
Otherwise, fruit is filling and nutritious, so unless you're gobbling down 3 or 4 pounds a day I can't imagine it could hurt you.

i ate them all the time when i was trying to keep weight off for my wedding. they're great fillers, and way better than eating any junky snack food, desserts, or bread carbs although they are high in sugars. the apple is still a very good food to be addicted to.

i think maybe u should eat about 1 apple for 1 meal,perhaps its a rough estimate i dont no whether u will get hungry or not
