Off jack! ;-)
Close the blinds. Turn down the lights. Put on your favourite music. Turn up the volume, and just dance. It's good for the body AND mental health as well.

Fun, fun, fun.

Shadowboxing is easy and great.
Just pretend cameras and a crowd is watching every move! Guys find that exercise a lot of fun!!!

Do you have a high enough ceiling for skipping rope? Equipment, but minimal!

Rope skipping is awesome, and using an MP3 player or something really ads to the exercises. It's fairly easy on the joints. More so than running.

Here is web site where there are 347 exercises, most without equipment, including illustrations! (just have fun picking a few)...

get a cd you enjoy and pop it in the cd player or put in a dance tape and start dancing, you burn soooo much fat just from the cardio excercise it gives you while your having fun and making yourself look better the next time you go to a dance or club....
ok i just re-read your question you already know about dancing..sorry!! um, so put on music because it really helps get you motivated and lay flat on your bed. Put a poster of someone you really like or what you want to look like on the wall and face your feet towards it. scoot down so yur knees are bent and you feet are on the floor and do sit ups, making sure youlook at the picture or poster everytime you come up, this will help you remember why in the h*ll you are doing it!! lol and when your done, get back on your bed and roll to one side, do 15 leg lifts and switch to the other side. make sure topoint your toes and keep yur leg straight. do 2-3 reps on each side. after a week or 2, or after the burn goes away find something, anything that you can strap to ur ankle, like a weight and do that, but not too heavy maybe just a pound or 2.
do lunges and stretches, and just have fun with it, anything you do that you feel a pull while doing it, turn it into an excercise.....or you can just re-arrange your room everyday!! lol, j/k hope this helps, i dont know what else to tell you besides dancing if you dont want to buy anything....good luck

Belly dancing (correctly called the muscle dance) was developed in the middle east as a way for women to exercise at home.

Friends who have done belly dancing say it is a hard work out than aerobics. In addition there are a range of cultural aspects to the exercises (forget the no pain, no gain stuff) we are talking about the rising of the sun bring life to everyone.

Download some of the right music and go for it.
