Okay so this past weekend i got really sick and had a fever of 103 degrees. By sunday night the fever went down but i felt like all my energy had been drained from my body i couldn't even take a shower without feeling faint. During the fever i didn't want to move and my whole body was aching. I didn't have any cold symptoms either. But even now like two days later i still feel like i can't stand for a long time without feeling faint. Do you think not getting enough rest or not drinking water can cause this?

You need the fluids! Drink and drink, and drink. When you start peeing lots, drink somemore. Nothing with caffiene, will only dehydrate you more. Good old fashion water and maybe some gatoraide or another sport drink. But water is needed, especially when your running a fever, you burn off lots of fluids! You'll feel better quick!
Good luck

Likely dehydration. Drink some Gatorade and see your doctor immediately.

Almost sounds like glandular fever, see a doctor immediately.
