Any cholesterol in your diet at all is not healthy. There are no nutritonal benefits to cholesterol. The only positive thing about eggs is the protein, however, it's animal protein and so it's not as good for you as plant protein.

No.
The recommended intake of egg is only 4 per week.
An omelette everyday just depends on how many eggs you make it with.

I used to make omelettes with 2 eggs and have around 3 a week.

Since then, I've only been eating eggs with fry ups around twice a month and I'v gotten real healthy.

yes an egg each day is healthy. aslong as u don't eat halv a dozen of them a day u should be fine. my grand father has eaten eggs every day for the past 50 yrs and he's in pretty much perfect health. there are statics against it but eggs have alot of benefits

It's not good for your health if you eat an egg everyday because the yolk is very high in cholesterol and this can give you bad stuff like gaining weight

One egg is healthy a day, it has many benifits-I don't know about the calory intake and stuff like that. I would say just not two or more a day, and you are fine.

Depends what you fill it with? meats morning style like Ham,Sausage and Bacon hard on digestion/ cheese is ok and some veggies good too!
white only omletes are good for you?? the yolk seems to carry all the bad stuff?
I'd say Eat Hearty!!!
