I don't believe there is such a thing as 'easy' exercise to obtain the look you want in a short period of time. If you want the quickest results, you HAVE to train hard. Walking is an excellent start, but won't necessarily firm you up quickly. Higher impact aerobics and fast paced exercise is going to work the quickest. When you get your heart pumping, that really gets the blood moving around the body to burn up the fat in the cells. You should consult your physician before participating in any strenuous exercise, but if you have done that already, I recommend kickboxing and biking. Two exercises that I just love and see a difference in matter of weeks. You should continue exercise once you get into the habit so that you don't find yourself in a similar predicament in the future.
