I believe in Jesus Christ as my Saviour, simply because I've heard the message of the Gospel and felt that I needed to be saved. When a person has experienced that they just know its all for real. Plus the fact that all the evidence that Christ is God's Son is 100% accurate. 1000's of prophecies were made about Him throughout the old testament, about His birth, His birthplace, His life, death, resurrection, personality, His reason for coming to earth. And 1000's of years later they were all fulfilled! Not only that, hundreds of people witnessed Him performing miracles and ascending to Heaven.
With God all things are possible, thats why I believe He sent His Son to die for us. :) <><

When I was a small child I was swinging on our swing and the Lord spoke to me. He told me things that I could not have known about end times, about heaven, and many other things that the only way I could have known is if I read the bible. Since I was too small to read, and too small to really know any thing since I was playing in the Nursery at the church. I remember the experiance very well. When I became older, and I could read, I remember all of the things that God told me and it was all in the Bible. I was raised by a Christian mom, but I was very young when I gave my life to the Lord Jesus Christ. He became my savior when I was just out of diapers, I remember making that decission while I was out on the swing playing by myself. I believe that the Lord takes special care of children, and Children have a memory of where they came from, knowing that God is their Creator. I have seen and heard too many children say things that they should not know. Many of them have never stepped foot into a church ,but have such a knowledge of Jesus. It is Amazing. I started to read the Bible when I became able to read, and I have read many other religious books of other religions, and it amazes that any one could ever believe in any other God other than The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. All the rest are just religions that are put in place to try to deceive men and women into going into hell. That is how Satan gets our souls, it is through deception. When People reject Christ, and think that they will be ok with some other religion, Satan wins their soul through deceipt. Satan lies to many men and women and because they believe Satan, they loose their souls. Very sad.

I don't believe that people rise from the dead. I simply don't.
I accept the possibility that there may have been a historical Jesus who walked around Galilee teaching about love and compassion. But, other than The Bible, there is really no historical documentation of Christ's death and resurrection. There aren't even Roman records documenting his crucifixion, and the Romans kept pretty good records.
And even if a teacher named Jesus did walk this earth, the written records of his words weren't written until after his death and they have been edited and translated so many times that they probably hold no real resemblance to what Jesus actually said.

After all he came here to do what no other man has done, remain loyal to his Father, being sinless, while paying back life to us that Adam lost. Jesus endured so much pain and suffering, abuse and ridicule, yet he remained upright with God because not only did he love his Father, but "out of all the creations that he and his father made, he was fondest of the sons of men".
He volunteered to come to earth from his place in heaven to be in human form to die for all of us, but sadly, most don't appreciate him. I just couldn't imagine how awful it must have been to watch so many fools and wicked, violent haters throw rocks and slap, and spit in the face of Jesus. Then they ultimately murdered him, yet he remained faithful to his cause here on earth, to his Father, God, and taking on the task that no other human could ever do.
Now he is reigning in heaven along side his Father once more in wait until his second coming, and that will be at the time his Father designates when Jesus will DESTROY all wicked humans in the earth. This is called Armageddon, God's war against all immorality and wickedness in the earth. Not even Jesus knows the time or date when he'll be instructed to "come back"; only his Father knows, but Jesus will be ready.
Will everyone else "be ready"?

If you are born again, believing in Christ is just as logical as 2+2=4. By born again, I mean the original meaning, To think like Christ. Its as easy as this: He came, He saw and He conquered.

I know Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior.
2 Timothy 3:15-16
and how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness
Hebrews 11 is about faith and that's what I have.

It's actually a fact that Jesus Christ was indeed real. The only part in doubt is the miracles He performed and Him calling Himself the Messiah and Son of God. That is what many do not believe about Him. And I beg to differ.
Oh yeah and can't forget His resurrection !!

I believe in Jesus and feel his presence constantly but I can see why people wouldn't have faith or believe that he is real.
It's hard to think that something we cannot see or touch is really there but I guess it all comes down to faith.
For example, I cannot see your brain, nor feel it, but I believe it is there.
You may say that people have seen brains, yet people have also experienced miracles and spoken to Jesus.
I don't know if that made sense, just trying to explain a way of looking at it.

For my own reasoning...
I see that other religions have to work their way to heaven through good deeds... so tiring.
I chose the shortcut, not the easiest, that let Jesus died for my sins and .. pooffss... I'm in Heaven.
And then I do good deeds as a sign that I am thankful.
