I just recently broke the Dew habit. I would drink the stuff all day long. Here's the info I have (from my dentist, my doctor, and my aunt who's a dental hygienist): "That's the worst one!" My aunt says if you must drink it, use a straw. My dentist recommends drink it (don't sip on it all day long) and then rinse the mouth with water, or drink water. I have no specifics about gall stones or infertility. I did once hear that it causes testicles to shrink, but I'm pretty sure that's an urban myth of some sort.
I encourage you to quit, if you're thinking about it. I started drinking water instead and I feel so much better (without any other changes in diet/exercise--I still take caffeine in pill form, but always did). I actually want to drink water now. Mountain Dew (any pop, really) just doesn't have the appeal it used to. You might be surprised how easy it is to quit. I always thought there was something addictive (besides caffeine) in Dew. I think we just get used to a specific taste/fizziness and think we have to have it.

No its no worse than other soda. If you're American then Mountain Dew it has a LOT of caffeine. It of course is HIGH in sugar but lower in acid that most cola.
So other than over loading you on calories, interfering with your metabolism through caffeine, dehydrating you due to sugar and potentially giving you gas issues, its not acutely a hazard.
Bile breaks down fats, bile is stored in your gall bladder. Mountain Dew has no significant fat content so I'm not sure how it would interact with your gall bladder enough to cause stones.
Unhealthy diets in general can lower sperm count but its not going to send you to a fertility clinic.
Try to be healthier of course, but its not going to give you heart disease and diabetes or make you obese today. Three years from now I give no guarantees.

Yup it's bad for you to have it all the time and in those amounts, it has way to much caffeine, plus one of my friends who was hooked on that stuff got gallstones. I love the stuff too but sometimes good old water and some ice is just as good.

what is bad is the caffeine it is reversible effect. if you are trying to get someone pregnant they tell you to avoid caffeine. also the high sugar can contribute to diabetes if you have some family history of this you might want to consider it. too much can be side of effects of too much sugar and too much caffeine in your blood and what it does to the body as a response. it does have to affect your blood sugar insulin levels. but as a treat i like it too. moderation is often the key to get to have your favorite things.
