I found this thing callled cheat engine 5.3. It can hack into any game. But is it safe to download?

Yes it is safe to download but bad for your computer software and game. It'll be using the BIOS of the computer and open the application (or game) and search the codes in it and translate it (because it comes with: 00001, 00002 etc...) so you will know the cheats.

nope. games are all made differently. no one program can hack into any game. goto gamecopyworld and learn how to cheat games.
