That can be a difficult call. Yes, that does happen sometimes. But other times, the man is just doing everything he can to win the heart of the other person. Think of our grandparents. They dated, courted, got to know each other and the man was romantic to win the woman's heart. Their relationships went on to last much longer than ours. So, they were doing something right. Some men are genuine, some are not.
