my son is 10 months old and his father and i are still together. his dad has a 12 year old son who adores my son when his mom let's him come. since she doesn't like the fact that her ex has moved on she talks a bunch of crap. their son is fine when he's here i even take him to the park to skate and stuff like that. when he leaves i'll hear in him in messages to his father talking about my son and i!! should i give up on being nice to him or should i still try? his mom doesn't let him come when the baby and i are here and she doesn't want him to have anything to do with my son!! HELP ME PLEASE!!

This is a case where your boyfriend/husband needs to step up and take a stand. Unless there is some court order in place, there is absolutely nothing the boy's mother can say if his father wants him to be involved with his brother and you by association.
I think your boyfriend/husband also needs to let his son know that it's not acceptable to be disrespectful toward you (or any adult for that matter).
I'm not suggestion you try to resolve this yourself, but you need to ask your man to step up and act like a responsible parent.

You need to get married & make a REAL family first of all.
& no,do not stop being nice to your man's older son.He will appreciate it in the future & love his brother even more.
PPL need to QUIT having babies all the time with anyone they get with!
All of you start thinking about the child's life & future,not just your own wants!
