not healthy what so ever, but a mix of crash diet and clenbuterol or ephedrine (it's legal again in dose of 10 mg but still unsafe!)

The fastest unhealthy way is to starve yourself or get liposuction. The healthiest way is to eat 2 fruits and 5 veg each day. Drink lots of water. Have an exercise routine. Also have alot of fiber and calcium in your diet.

Depending on your definition of fast, there is no way to lose weight quickly and keep it off. If it is short term for a special occasion, dehydrate yourself-you can lose 5-8lb overnight. Of course, you'll feel like crap but that wasn't the question.

Walk everyday for at least 40 minutes - brisk pace
Cut out dairy (for now)
No soft drinks, sugar, flour. Sip on herbal teas.
Eat grilled meats/fish with steamed vegies and salads. Easy on the dressings.
Try and keep away from carbs for your evening meal.
Cut out alcohol.
Lunch - have sandwiches on wholemeal bread or pita with fat free ham/tuna etc and salad.
Drink water, water, water - at least 2 litres a day.
If you don't lose 5-10 kilos in a month I'll eat my hat.

the healthy way unless you are signifigantly overweight then a diet diet is in order!!! if you want to love weight fast do cardio and toning exersices but eat very healthy!!!

I wouldn't say going anorexic or bulimic.
But watch what you eat, develop a diet, and exercise regularly. I'm not into that, for my body is still young and pure.
