Hey
I was in a pretty severe car accident a few months ago which put me into the hospital for a little while. Ever since that point I've had the same dream frequently, however it doesn't feel like a dream. Its the most vivid luccid thing I've ever experienced. Basically its a recreation of the accident exactly, the smells, the pain, everything. This dream happens frequently but consciously I can't remember anything from the accident. Without pictures I can't really remember it ever happening. Dont really know what this means, could use some help thanks

Study lucid dreaming. I recommend www.ld4all.com

I had really weird dreams not long ago, so I researched dreams and came upon this website. You can control your dreams if you practice long enough.

Visit that site in your dream and acknowledge everything. "Yes, I was in an accident here. Yes, I got hurt. Yes, that smell was there. Etc. Yes, I'll be fine in the long run."

If I were you and could get to this place of your accident. I would go and live It all over again and this time not in a dream but for real. What I mean is not to recreate the accident but physically go to the accident scene and take anyone that was with you if that’s possible. Your dream will not go away without some kind of interaction with the real thing. Forgotten, memories might come back to you and give you some closure.

I know exactly what you are going through. I been a severe wreck that I too do not remember what happend. These dreams are your brain trying to put little bits and pieces of the accident that are scattered in the braind back together. And the pieces that are missing are made up by using the most logical choices.
