Yes chlorinated bleach will kill MRSA. Bleach works by being cytotoxic, it destroys the cell. Specifically it causes the cell to rupture and the contents to die. Just make sure you follow the standard procedure for cleaning/sanitizing that should be on the bottle. (Usually it gives you a concentration and the duration of use or to let it dry naturally)

Chlorine bleach kills MRSA. I know this because I work in a hospital and we have special directions to clean rooms of discharged MRSA pts with chlorine bleach.

More important than trying to kill MRSA is to keep a bandaid on any open cut or sore that you have. MRSA Can not hurt you unless it gets in an open sore, even a pimple. So don't pick at sores or pimples and keep your hands washed.

No, MRSA is resistant to most antibiotics and that s what makes it so dangerous and sometimes fatal.
