i have been told that fasting is really good for your digestive system because it gives it a break. i know someone who fasted for three days and he said he felt the best he has ever felt on the third day. he felt cleansed.
i want to try it but is it healthy?

Yes, it is healthy for you. (Some people here don't know what they're talking about.) It cleanses your digestive tract out.

Try it, but don't overdo it. 3-4 days max. Also, make sure you drink PLENTY of water.

I don't think it's unhealthy. I've fasted for 48 hours, once, just as a personal challenge. I did not feel any better.

I wouldn't recommend it for people who have trouble maintaining a healthy blood sugar level though.

Fasting to me wouldnt be healthy but i know one or two days without food will not hurt you, drink a lot of water

Don't ever try fasting! It's not healthy for your body. Your body need energy throughout the day. If you don't have enough energy, it can cause headaches, poor concentration or you can even faint if it is very severe.

So, never ever try to fast!

yes it is. it will cleanse all the junk out of your body. then if you eat healthy afterward youll feel great!
