If you know he has no driver licence, you will have no insurance, and, yes, you could be held financially responsible for any damage he causes. I really don't know why anybody would think of lending a vehicle to a person with no licence.

Your gonna lose your car if accidents happen. it will confiscated by the land transportation office, because it is a big violation, driving a car without any license.
And yes you will be responsible for everything since it is your car. Not your friend's car.

This may largely depent on your policy and your insurance company. If you have a low cost insurance company who sticks by the policy they may not extend coverage to your friend, they may say that the policy excludes any driver that reasonably should not be driving the car and say since he did not have a DL, he should not have been driving and deny a liability claim. Since you provided the car to someone knowing they did not have a DL, they may add you to their collection efforts(justified? maybe, maybe not)
if you have a traditionaly liberal insurance company(higher premiums) they may pay the claim and give you a slap on the rist and tell you not to do it again.

You may or may not be responsible for damages (depends on his ability to pay and on the state laws) but either way you may lose your license or if you don't then your insurance rates will go through the roof.

well one your insurance isn't going to cover your friend if they where involved in an accident. If your friend is pulled over by the police the can inpound your car, also give your friend a big ticket or even take them off to jail!
If the car was involved in an accident that yes your 100% resposible!

Anything that happens comes back on you. The insurance will not cover any damages and you will be charged with allowing and unlicensed driver to operate your vehicle.

Your friend will receive some legal attention, but yes, if there is an accident, your liability insurance would be hit. And your rates would go way up.

Yes. But don"t worry because you are entitled to be reimbursed by your friend for whatever amount that you had been adjudged to pay... that is if he is financially able.
