Is that how you would say in German "I hope everything is good": "Ich hoffe bei dir ist alles gut."?

i know you can say "ich hoffe, dir geht es gut." but does the phrase above work as well or is it incorrect?

absolutely correct!

More formal you also can say:
"Ich hoffe, bei Ihnen ist alles gut " ( or "in Ordnung" instead of "gut")

The translation to your first question: I hoffe dass alles gut ist = I hope everything is good.
If you want to say: I hope you (an informal you) are alright, you can say: Ich hoffe dass dir alles gut geht.

Sorry, I want to correct some mistakes by the others who answered: " bei Ihnen" means a dative form of a formal you. The other one suggested "bei euch", that means: you for more than just one person.

In English it´s easier, you don´t have think of if you have to be formal or informal.

It would be most certainly understood but I'd rather say:
"Ich hoffe, bei dir (euch)ist alles in Ordnung" or "Ich hoffe, bei dir (euch) ist alles OK"
