You should leave him as fast as you can because with every other girl he goes to bed with, you stand another chance of getting some type of disease and dying!! Your self esteem must be low or you wouldn't ask this so get rid of him, build up your self esteem, and find someone who doesn't need anyone but you.

I believe that you should. He's not respecting you, or valuing you at all. A guy who cheats on a girl is never worth her time. There are plenty of other men, so dump him, and move on.
It depends on how you feel about it, though. If you feel angry, betrayed, or sad, then definitely dump him. No guy should make you feel this way. If you feel okay with it, then I guess it's ok.
