it has been bothering me for a quite a while, seems like it is increasing in intensity of pain, but i had blood work done and theres no diseases, xray done and nothing there wonder does anyone know what this icould be.

Im wondering if it will help to get a ultra sound or scan done, its been a while since ive had this condition. It does sound alot like irritable bowel but i dont want to be diagnosed for sure and im not sure this is possible.

This is a weird answer, but it might answer your Q. Does it only hurt when you push on it? If so, that's sh!t! Really! If you're constipated, that is stool that wants to come down and exit your a-hole.

Possibly related to your left ovary, or colon problems such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

There is a condition called epiploic appendagitis (not appendicitis). Diverticulitis or gastroenteritis are some other possibilities.

If you are female, it could be the ovaries. It sounds an awful lot like it could be that.

If you are male, it could be something with the colon.

In females, the left ovary is something of concern. Also, for either sex, kidneys and intestines.
