Coffee Mate Coffee Creamer
This is the best thing I can think of since you do not want anything that contains milk. It also comes in other different flavors and varieties for you to enjoy with your cup of coffee.

It depends on why you want to substitute. If you are lactose intolerant (as I am) you can look for lactose free milk. I use the Land 'O' Lakes brand. there are a couple of others out there but I am happy with this. I know you said you don't like Coffee Rich, but I have found it goes great in Iced Coffees.
If you are Allergic to the beef protein then I would guess you need to go with goats milks, rice milk or something along that line.
Good Luck to you.

I almost never drink coffee, but one time I had coffee made with REAL heavy cream, not that half and half nonsense. It's very rich, so you literally need just a drop and it tastes about 10000% better than plain ol' milk! Try it out!
Another yummy option: if you're feeling particularly adventurous this holiday season, why not try mixing your cuppa joe with some egg nog! It's better than those crappucinos they sell at Starbucks --and cheaper, too.
Enjoy!

Hey David,
I never use soy milk in coffee, it doesn't mix nicely. I don't know what coffee rich is, so sorry if I say "non-dairy creamer" and that's what it is. My mum always got these little 1 serve size flavoured ones, like vanilla. Those are quite nice. Or powdered creamers. Hope you find something.

I've used whipped cream from a spray can, evaporated milk, and my absolute favorite, condensed milk.
Condensed milk is very sweet and creamy.

It depends WHY you are replacing milk. Honestly, it is best to drink coffe black to enjoy the true flavor and get zero calories.
