Blind people most definitely do dream. Just because they can't see doesn't mean that they can't have ideas about where they are or have other stimuli that we normally would not notice in different situations. Also the type of dreams they had could be fundamentally different depending on if they lost their sight later in life, giving their mind a database of what vision already is, allowing their mind to create visual dreams from what was once seen.

They probably don't dream in images since that is something they have never experienced before, but I'm sure they do dream. They have subconscious ideas and thoughts just like any other living person, they are only portrayed differently in their own head.

I don't know. I would hope some form of something comes through. I have never know a blind person from birth. If I did I would have asked.

If they were blind since birth, they wouldn't have dreams like a sighted person.

Yes they definitely dream, however their dream consists of only sound and touch. They cannot see a dream since their brain has never experienced what vision is.
