Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

He made man with His own hands and breathed His own breath of life into him. How much more holy can you get than that.
Man's sinful nature is the result of Adam and Eve's sin of disobedience in the garden of Eden.
