I have a boxer/pitt bull mix and for some reason eveytime our Chihuahua has pup and weans them she starts nursing them, she gets milk but never has been pregnant herself. Anyway this time her breasts are swollen and purple and she seems pretty sick, she won't eat and she is panting a lot, whats wrong??

Take her to the vet ASAP. It sounds like she has mastitis. If not treated right away it could turn gangrenous and kill her. Catch it while you can. Here is a link with a lot of info. Read it PLEASE.

Sounds like a false pregnancy too me. She wants to have babies too. Better have the vet check her out.
