You hair doesn't necessarily have to look soft but it shouldn't look damaged or unmanageable (naturally, styled crazy looks good though). It should probably be at least a little shiny or at least not look completely dull or else it just doesn't look very good...

Hair doesn't have to be soft to make the proper scene look. But it would be beneficial for it to be straight, because curly/wavy hair takes forever to straighten.

idk no well it doesnt matter only if ur hair is good looking and she means does ur hair have to be soft to a scene, and does u hair have to be soft to look good to all those people who didnt understand
