So once a year me and my friend fake sick the same day and go over to each others houses while our family is gone. In the morning, when my mom tries to wake me up I need to know how to act, so she will believe I'm sick..please help?
If you are going to tell me I am childish and immature, please don't answer this question, I'm looking for help on how to act, I've already made my decision about staying though.

Alright, this works everytime, trust me:
First, say you really REALLY don't feel well the night before.
Next, when you wake up in the morning, tell your mom/dad that you feel the same as last night (stomach ache, head ache, dizziness, and being light headed are good things to say you're feeling)
Then, tell your mom that you don't think you would be able to concentrate in school, and she might have to just come pick you up early anyway because of your sickness, so it would be easier to just stay home.
If she does the head-temp./ thermometer thing, just tell her you don't think it's the flu, but a virus alltogether. Tell her just because you're not running a temp doesn't mean you don't feel good.
To make it even more convincing, talk in a soft, quiet, raspy voice. Hold your stomach when you walk, and hold on to things like you're gonna fall over. STAY IN BED AS LONG AS YOU CAN! That's VERY important. Ask for things like 7-Up, Sprite, or Ginger Ale. Also, ask for crackers or jell-o. That's usually what people who are sick eat. Trust me, it's very convincing.
You also want to take a while to respond to things. If you are being talked to, wait about 3-4 seconds to reply, and before you do, breathe in heavily. It's very convincing if you breathe with your mouth open, slowly and heavily.
Trust me, it'll work. It get's 'em everytime!
Good Luck!

Oh man, I am awesome at faking sick! I do it all the time: -Wrap up in big, heavy blankets -Sit in front of a heater (to get hot and sweaty) -Hold your breath for as long as you can to feel light headed -Spin around a lot (maybe after eating a whole bunch) to feel nauseous If you do all of these thing well, there's really no acting. Plus it all wears off within just a few minutes.

Today I successfully faked sick and right now I am just poking around on yahoo answers, thinking of the things everybody else is doing in school :) I can always help a fellow *sick* person! I got a lot of good ideas from wikihow, go to wikihow.com and type in how to fake sick to miss school. They have a lot of awesome tips!

Are you from Australia by any chance?
Apparently 46% of Australians have faked a sickie before. Including me! :)
It's easy to convince your teacher or boss. It's another fooling your mum. Don't go with a cold/flu, because they'll catch you out. The best thing to go with is Gastro. Don't overdo the moans of pain, but just look like you're in pain and don't eat food in front of her. Go to the toilet for ages, and try to fake puking sounds.

rub your hands roughly over your face to give yourself a little bit of redness...rub your eyes hard so they can get a little puffy and act like you feel like throwing up...always worked for me...still does when i want to go home from work...lol

This would be easier to answer with more detail . How old are you and are you staying home from work or from school?
