What does it mean you dream that your mother has a lot of lice, in my dream I did not see the lice bug but I saw the eggs. In my dream she got the lice when she left the house from a friend. Then my head was itching, so I said you gave me lice, and I was so mad that she got lice and possibly gave it to me. Of course this is all in the dream, any ideas???

My mother does not drink, she is a good mother. Of course no one is perfect, but she is great.

it seems to be about your annoyance that your mother is passing bad stuff on to you. her lifestyle is effecting you.
(could be anything- bad habits, rejection issues, being unreliable etc.... but i'd suggest its something kinda small but annoying...something that has perhaps only just started since it is still in egg form.)
in the dream you understand that she has caught it from a friend... so really its not her fault i guess. some one passed it to her just like she passed it to you. thats important to realise so if you confront her about whatever this issue is you don't blame her but work together to fix the problem.

It might mean that you see your mother as neglecting herself and it effects you, or there is a fear of that. It could mean having an alcoholic parent or a parent who is "absent" and neglects self and it affects you and makes you mad.
It could also be something that could represent your mother being a single mother that is very overwhelmed and doesn't provide a home where you feel as equal to others and so you blame her for all the problems that also affect you.
It might help to sit and think what things you are possibly mad at your mother about as there are so many things the lice and nits could represent that fits with your life now or with your life growing up in your home.

If you've ruled out anger or other negative feelings about your mother, then my idea is that the neglectful mother is you, and the issue is that you're failing to take care of yourself and that's affecting your emotional life and/or your relationships. I doubt it's a literal sanitation issue, but something about emotional hygiene, maybe allowing unhealthy feelings or situations to fester and breed worse stuff.
Another idea, if you're a mother, is that in the dream some feelings of inadequacy about being a parent were transfered to your mother. Again I doubt it's literal hygiene, but something wrong with the parent/child relationship(s) or something you're not doing adequately.
