Murder is defined as the unjust taking of a life. Abortion is capital punishment without committing a crime and a having a court trial. Thus it is not due process, not justice.
Science does not answer ethical questions. We know when life begins. And we know that killing a pregnant woman is called double homicide. Only when we want the baby dead do we feign ignorance about what is taking place. When the child is wanted, we protect it with all we have.
The question of abortion is not whether or not it takes a life. It is whether or not we have the right to do it.

I am pro choice and do not think that abortion should be considered murder.
The way I see it, a fetus is no more a human than an egg yolk is a chicken. The only real distinction between the two is that humans are the predators and chickens and their eggs are our prey. Plus, at this point in human history, I think that its socially responsible for abortion to be legal and practiced according to the safest medical procedures. Humans are not at a population deficit. To the contrary, some say that we are overpopulated beyond sustainable levels, and there are many societies that do not have enough resources to adequately provide for their people. With this being the case, humans can afford to be more selective about which babies they have which they don't. My belief is that it is better to abort a pregnancy than for a children to be born to economically and psychologically unfit parents who don't want them and will likely sabotage that's child's prospects for happiness and success. Sure, they could give the child up for adoption, but the children that are wards of the state often have worse outcomes.

Of course, abortion is not murder. If it were then it would be clear to every human. And humans do not agree. Whenever abortions are outlawed, they continue without government sanction. This leads to maternal deaths in addition to fetal death.
If abortion were so bad, it would be outlined as wrong in the Bible. Yet it is not outlawed, in fact it is practiced by God via miscarriage. And it is God that taught about abortion via the example of miscarriage. God made it clear that abortion was not wrong when he aborted fetuses after declaring "he knew them in the womb" and other such statements.
The real truth is that aborting unwanted fetuses saves loved and wanted children. If you spend money trying to stop abortions of unwanted children then it can't be used to save loved and wanted children.
It is fact that saving a fetus causes the death of 12 loved and wanted kids. So all the BS about how many great scientists died because of abortion is bunk. As is the theory about tax dollars lost. Most pro lifers don't believe those lies anyway, I don't know why they keep hanging on.
And I notice that no one gave a scientific basis for their beliefs. That is because science knows that by saving unwanted fetuses, you are harming living humans.

I believe if the woman wanted it i would never stop her and other way around...i don't think the guy ever has the decision. However if the girls want it..its her body and choice. If your gonna get technically i kill of lots a knuckle baby's everyday who could have became children. why make the girl go through the painful pregnancy just so she can give it away for some1 else., especially if its a young woman. Stuff happens and thats no reason to ruin your life at a young age. i know the whole responsibility thing but its still the womans choice and its not illegal so it should be a dead issue.

When the Supreme court first ruled Roe vs Wade,
they heard arguments that of the 19 medical books in use to train new physicians, all 19 agreed that life begins when the
sperm fertilizes the egg.
all that is needed for us to grow is time and nourishment
The Court said they could not find a consistent answer.
My two legal words - bull - loney
there is a heart beat at 12 weeks
and abortion is legal - up until birth -
they take the baby out feet first - then before the head pops
out - make a hole in the base of the skull - and suction the
worthless tissue out of the brain -
then pull the head out - of the now lifeless fetus
now is this cop out easily true?
in two seconds it would have been alive - and now - trashed
if we had not had abortion - we would have NO tax problems
the govenment would have been fully funded
how many Albert Einsteins, George Washington Carvers, Eleanor Roosevelts, Grandma Moses, Martin Luther Kings,
John Waynes, Coretta Scott Kings - have we thrown away
May God Have Mercy on US!
what have we lost!

it quite is basically one hundred% homicide in case you're a non secular fundamentalist. in case you're actually not, you need to use reason to envision the issue in greater intensity. reckoning on the rustic you reside in, abortion oftentimes isn't homicide if it quite is carried out in the 1st 3 months of the being pregnant. in the united kingdom (my u . s . a .) it quite is completely criminal (ie not homicide) to have an abortion if the being pregnant is below 24 weeks previous. the comparable is the case in pretty plenty all western international places i be attentive to approximately, and that i assume south africa is the comparable. Any later than that and you heavily isn't allowed to have one till your person life is in danger. while attempting to settle on if it quite is homicide or not, save in mind that a foetus isn't someone yet, it would not experience soreness or emotion like a infant or an grownup. The question is, at what element does a foetus advance into progressed sufficient to start feeling soreness and emotion?

Would spontaneous abortions count as murder? Involuntary manslaughter?
I'm pro-choice for the first trimester. I think three months is plenty of time to decide if one wants a child or not. I value the hens over the eggs in a burning coop.

It is not murder. Science has answered the ethical question. Just because a fanatic believes an embryo is a viable life, does not make it so.
I forget what comedian, but he said "so basically what pro-lifers believe is that before you have a chance to roll over & light a cig, there's another person in the room". Not exactly how the joke goes, but I'm no comedian & I think you get the point. LOL
Add- So when are all you pro-lifers going to start adopting all of these babies. How many crack babies have you adopted? Do you volunteer for parenting classes for young mothers. Do you support the abandoned & neglected children born to mothers that never wanted them? Do you take the time to help these children to grow up & not perpetuate the cycle? I'll answer for you, NO you do not, if you did then we wouldn't have so many children without good parents or any parents at all!
Also, you believe that a child of 9 raped by her uncle should be forced to have the child & be reminded of her horrible experience everytime she looks at the child? I get it, you want the child born, but completely forget them after the are here.

From the American Heritage Dictionary:
Murder: The unlawful killing of one human by another, especially with premeditated malice.
Baby: A very young child; an infant. An unborn child; a fetus.
The only difference between murder and abortion is a little thing called man's law. Prior to 1972, it said that abortion was illegal, therefore to take the life of an unborn child was murder. Now it says something different, which demonstrates just how unreliable man's law really is.
God's law says "Thou shalt do no murder." It hasn't changed in several thousand years according to Scripture. You do whatever you want, but I know Whose set of laws I'm going to stick with.

A baby is a baby and has a soul from the moment of conception!! It is murder to kill that child whether in the womb or out! If a woman had an abortion, people say that is fine, not murder but then if that same woman delivered her child first before killing it, that is murder right? What is the difference? Just because the person killing the baby is not looking at the baby but is stabbing him with some instrument while the baby is still in the womb, does this not make it murder! I would suggest you do some research of what actually goes on in an abortion! To anyone thinking of getting an abortion:let your baby live and give it to someone who so badly wants a baby!! God bless!!

You say it "isn't really true" that abortion kills a life. How do you know your statement is true? What criteria do you use to define life? Size? Location? Environment? Degree of development?
