we are all like 12 and thirteen.
Okay, I sort of said that I would go trick/treating with my 2 friends. Well i just talked to my other friend that doesnt go to my school and she said we should go trick/treating with each other. well I told her about the other friends I said I would go with. but I would way rather go with the girl that doesn't go to my school. we have gone trick/treating together for 4 years in a row and its like a tradition. ;( What do I do? HELP!!!

Invite your friend of your four year tradition to go with you and your friends. Have fun!

The best way to handle this is to ask her to go with the original group you said you'd go with. It's very rude to say you'll do something with someone and then when you get a better offer you cancel your original plans to do the "better" one.
If that doesn't work out and you feel like it would be just terrible to not go with the girl that does not go with you to school than you can tell your other friends you forgot about earlier plans you made with this other girl. Becuase it is a tradition so you can just say you forgot about the tradition.
But that IS technically rude. But if you think they won't mind than whatever. It's your judgement becuase you know these people better than I can know them from what you tell me here. I don't know how casual the plans you made were with these people.

Go trick or treating w/ ur friend from the other school earlier in the night then get 2gether with your other friends later for movies and sharing candy!!

You're going to be this young for a very short period of time. Make the most of it. Go out. Enjoy. Don't waste time arguing. Pick a spot you ALL could agree, then GO.
