anyway, I'm still asking the same question. what I mean with obscene is when people unashamedly make sexual comments about the things that other people think is sacred and holy.

Obscene people have issues, doesn't matter what their education is, they're ill. I'm blunt, nothing to do with being obscene.
I've seen some real winners here on Y!A and they may be brain surgeons, yikes!

Y'know, I didn't even have to go to the link to know exactly who you're talking about. That question, at least, is gone. I think he was abused by those priests he keeps talking about when he, himself, was an altar boy. It has nothing to do with his education, but his sad emotional state.
That may have been deleted but go to his profile, if he's still here, and check out some of the other things he's said.
Yeah, I have a master's degree myself AND a pretty good sense of humor, too, but there's a big difference between humor, even adult humor, and obscenity. The guy this asker is talking about needs help.

I think that has more to do with moral standards, parental upbringing, culture, religion, more so than education. Very educated people can be obscene and I know some very non-educated people, some very unfortunate people who are more polite than any educated people I've met.
Speaking of which, has anyone seen that clip where George Bush used some woman's dress to wipe his glasses. Yeah, he's from Yale..

But I will answer with a twist, I have often been called obscene I have 2 Bachelor's degrees and am a few credits short of a 3rd.. :)
It takes intelligence to be creative, what many people consider obscene I consider creative...

yes, it has something to do with their upbringing. you can never learn good breeding in school unless you're born into a well-mannered family. it's all about class and sophistication. not all are bless with that kind of character and personality. just pity them.
