It has to do with life in general.. u would have to see a therapist to actually identify it..
but a lot of people do it..
It is a combination of different things happening or Not happening in ur life right now..
if that makes sense to u..
we have problems.. in some way or form.. and it is so frustrating when we can not solve them on our own..
we just get mad..

Anger affects all of us from time to time. And can come on suddenly when 'something' upsets us. Our BP rises, we are very 'heated' in our talking to others.
This 'problem' should be discussed URGENTLY with a Doctor and may require a Referral if it is a constant thing, that may be affecting our family or friends.
DONT worry at this stage of WHY.
You probably DONT know why.
Worry about 'fixing' the problem BECAUSE it can be a real serious problem..see your Doctor NOW please.
Getting angry is common for most people..
we all have various reasons for getting angry..but usually it subsides fairly rapidly..KEEPING up the anger where it affects others is NOT.

It's called a B-I-T-C-H ! That's the best word I can think of to describe an angry woman for no reason.
