In both the cases the adoption will not because of natural love & affection but because of the wealth of the person who adopts a child or is being adopted by a family. Best course in such case is to find an old home where all the needs of the old person including his medical care provided. Let all his wealth go to such charitable organization that will be looking after him till his death & even arranging his proper funeral rather depending on any adopted child or family who may after his death may even sell his dead body to the nearest medical collage & add the amount to his wealth he left back for the child or the family. I'm a very frank & outspoken man & my saying all this will look rude but dear friend this is the reality of life, although I'm much younger & running my fiftieth year of life but I observe & see what all is happening in the society around me.

Adopt a family. At that age it would be unfair to the child... parenting is not just a few years then done- it is a lifetime's work, and unless the 65 year old were to have very long life, it would be unfair to the child.

I don't think you could be adopted to a family at your current age. Although, you can adopt a child if you want.

Don't know- You could definitely foster children, most places are always in need of foster care parents.
I'm sure a family or church group would love to adopt you as well. Maybe even a class full of kids- I know my students would love that!

I think you may have issues if you want to be adopted. I do not think it fair to adopt a very young child at your age, a teenager yes.

be adopted by a family. It is usually more fun to be a grandparent than to be a parent. You get to do all the fun things with the children and when they start to get cranky give them back the parents.

to adopt a child is better but it is very difficult for an old man; that requires exceptional care and a good health.

well i think its easier and better to adopt because its not so hard for one person to accept someone but it is harder for a family to accept a person
