Ok so I just turned 28 this past April and I believe that the Gray Hair evil spirits are coming for me...in the past 5 months the amount of grays doubled leaving me no choice but to start dying my hair/roots? I have natural medium brown hair, I do not color b/c my color is fabulous. Anyone have suggestions...root touch ups...those hair mascara wands...? I need help!

first do not pull out gray hairs it grow even more gray hair & yes you should start dying it

make sure you do not have a folic acid defitioncy, just incase, as this can be a sign. Dyes are great these days for covering grey. Try one that is as good a match as you natural colour, and they sell root touch up kits now too. Or you can learn to love your gray, I bet you have earned thm :)

I have had family friends who have had "gray hair" from early years. One lady from birth, in particular, had a gray streak and "widow's peak" in the forefront of her head. It was most attractive and got her "all of the guys" to the envy of her girl friends. YOU may have a health problem that has manifested itself in your hair. I would get a full examination from a "trusted doctor" and let him/her determine what is the underlying concern. It may just require a change in "diet" and/or some medication.
