How many calories would i burn if i went outside for 1 and a half hours a day, kicking a rugby ball around, each time i kick it i ever jog or run after it.
Anyone got any idea?

Maybe 500 caloriews but you would also be building muscle and speeding up your metabolism

Your not going to want to do that for a while, if you really want to lose weight, start a sport you can train with others for year round. It sounds like you already play rugby so get your coach to organize off season practice.
