Can a married lay couple in the Catholic Church be missionaries in another Country? are only monks and nuns missionaries?

If your Orthodox, what are missionaries like in the Orthodox Church.

All the Catholic Missionaries I see are always wearing a robe or a habit. Does CRS send married couples to other contries?

A Catholic married lay couple can be missionaries in another country.

Here is a website for a Catholic organization of "Catholic lay people, single men and women, married couples, and families, called through our baptism to mission": http://www.laymissionhelpers.org/

With love and prayers in Christ.

Yes missionaries in the Catholic Church are the same.

They go to other countries to help the people while they tell them about God & Jesus Christ.....and try to convert them to Christianity.

The ones who are not priests and nuns are called "lay-missionaries".....and yes you can be a married couple.
