there are certain leukemias in which lymphocytes outnumber other white blood cells lines. some examples are:
chronic lymphocytic leukemia
acute lymphoblastic leukemia
hairy cell leukemia
there are also myeloproliferative disorders in which the lymphocytes are very abnormal. an example would be multiple myeloma.
in a healthy individual, about 20-40% of the white blood cells are lymphocytes. the count can be elevated in certain infections, such as viral infections. an example would be mononucleosis. also, in young children under the age of 2, it is normal for the child to have up to 60% lymphocytes. i hope this points you in the right direction.

Lymphocyte is not a blood disease. It is a component of the blood. They are, in simple terms, white blood cells. I think you might mean leukemia or HIV infections and other illnesses, where the counts are abnormal.
