well jenylyn, i think my body type is completely different from the one you are describing. When i worked out 5-6 times a week, I didnt see any results! Coz my body was continually sore. When i stopped and started eating on junk but being moderately active, i seen better results! For a while i used to think eating more causes me to lose weight... and it actually did. But it is scary to try again and again.

I run a half hour a day. Approximately 3.5 mi. Then I do 100 push ups 100 crunches, bicycle kicks, other ab work outs. I can tell the difference and its been about a month. I have lost 3-4 pounds and have toned up, specifically lost fat in my abdomen and my arms are toned.

People are so afraid of being sore, that this is a bad thing....it's not! In order to see you results you need to shock your body! Running, cycling, stairs, weights are all good things that will make you sore, but will provide results. If you choose to do something low impact, like walking or elliptical, make sure you do so on an incline or with resistance. Also, if you want results, you need to do your cardio workout for at least 30-60 minutes 5-6 days a week. If you choose to add weights, cut your cardio workout short, 30 minutes, no less and add weights for 30 minutes. If you do this and eat right you will see results in one month, and even more dramatic results over the next 6 months but you have to be dedicated:)

it's ok if your body gets sore once in a while
it just means you wree overexercising that area.. or you body isn't used to it
like if you do 100 sit ups in 3 min.. your stomach is going to be sore b/c you exercised it too fast
but if you do 25 situps slowly .. take a 5 min break
do another 25 situps.. you are actually working your abs better b/c your body isn't relying on momentum like when you do fast situps
if you do 100 situps a day doing them slowly and spliting 100 into 25 per set and taking breaks in between.. you will absolutely see results in a month.. if not one week.. i would do other ab work out s too with weights

Depends on how much exercise you every day. More brother told me that i could lose 13 kg in 5 days if i worked out really hard, and did the proper exerices. Like running, then walking in sets and doing high cario workouts one day then doing just crunches and push ups (ab/arms) workout the next.

Also depends on your food intake. If you're eating junk food everyday of course that's not going to help.

Hope i helped out. I'll find some workouts for you.

I started taking NO2 from GNC. In one month I dropped 33 pounds and dropped 4 pant sizes.

My routine: Breakfast 4 boiled eggs, 4 slices bacon, 1 cup Cottage cheese. 10am cup yogurt bagel. noon turkey sandwich. 2pm beef pattie. 5pm chicken breast, cup green beans, salad.

I drank half my body weight in ounces of water daily. I still do.
At the gym I rode the bike for twenty minutes, did 50 inclined set-ups,lifted weights for 20 minutes, 50 inclined set-ups, then I sat in sauna for 20 minutes.
NO2 is the best thing I have found. My whole body was transformed in 4 weeks.

I have experienced results from a month of working out. Eat three square meals a day and exercise daily. Alternate what you work out. Do upper body one day and lower the next. The best way is to get into a routine and stick with it.

not going to happen in just one month.

ultimately your diet determines how lean you are not the type of exercise that you partake in. the better your diet the faster you will see physical changes in your body and a decrease in body fat.
