My 25 y/o son moved in with me from another state to save him from probation-he met a girl on line-they agreed to pay me $50/week to live in my home...that was almost 8 weeks ago...she has paid me $50.00-my grandson lives with me but is going back to his mom's in 2 days, but apparently I am stuck with this internet woman (i googled her) and my son who DO NOTHING...can I legally kick them out once by grandson is back with his mother? Or, since I took their money is this a legal rent agreement and have to give them 30 days? If I see that woman one more time, or listen to my damn probation son one more time, I will go crazy. I will never, ever help him again, or this damn chick from the internet. Where the hell are her parents? She is 29 y/o...can't i kick them our?

Use some tough love, make them leave.
The sooner your son hits his bottom, and begins recovery the better. For now you are just helping them avoid the consequences of their actions.
Saying your sorry many times isn't enough. Respect yourself, I will bet that you will hear how it is every ones fault but their own. Well life is how you deal with what happens.
So set a good example for your son and respect yourself by evicting them (with help if need be).

Warning if your son meets a girl who is in a homeless shelter , Do not let her move in ,There is a reason she is not at home , We have such a whore living with us . We felt bad for her but we should have asked her parents why she is homeless , This girl is the girl from hell literally ! I have told them to save their money but she needs pot and therefore they are always broke , We hate this girl with a passion . She has caused so much trouble for us its unbelievable . We are to the point that we are selling our house to get away from them and lesson learned but it took 5 yrs. and her cheating with everyone including her hitting on my wife's father of 84yrs. Now we can't stand her or at least I can't stand her , She dose nothing but cause serious problems . How do I legally force them to leave . Please we need serious advice , Me going to jail would give her a win ,! I'm close to that !

You have been paid for one week. It is now the eighth week and there has been no more payments. You are not entitled to keep them there.

Kick them both to the curb.

it is YOUR house and there is NO implied lease just because they paid you one week and have stayed eight weeks. Kick their sorry butts out IMMEDIATELY. They are of legal age and you have no responsibility to provide shelter to them if you do not WANT to.

Yes you can ask them to leave. It is your house. It sounds like thay are using you for a place to stay. Thay are old enough to be on there own.

they have lived with you for 8 weeks and have only paid you for one.
kick them out!!! let them know they have one week to go. the free ride ran out 7 weeks ago.
if she refuses to leave call the police and have her removed. call the cops today and notify them that you have ordered them out of your home and that you have given them till the 31st to get out.
YOU OWE THEM NOTHING!!!
