ok so every relationship i gave had has never worked out. i always doubt it. before i go to bed i feel that the relationship is good but throughout the day it makes me sick to think about it. am i not really ready to date yet??? is it me or him? i feel embaressed to be seen with the guy always because i think to myself i really dont like him??? but it has happened with every guy! if i talk to him its fine but then i stop and 5 minutes later... DOUBT! what do i do? is this a commitment issue?

It's more like you are not ready for a serious relationship. No sense in rushing into serious dating until you are ready, why not just go out and enjoy yourself with a group of friends. When the right guy comes along you will know it, now go out and enjoy your freedom and have fun.
