I drink a lot of vitamin water. Is that safe is there any harm that could be done to my body. Ive heard that if you drink lots of gatorade its bad for your body is that the same with vitamin water?

but whats weird is i usually drink at least three a day but at night i get a really bad bad heartburn but i dont eat anything that can trigger one is this bad?!!

In moderation it's fine. But too much vitamin intake is bad for you.

Have a doctor check you out just to make sure everything is ok.

its probably just the excess vitamin C in the drinks. I get heartburn as well if I've had too many. Its the citric acid.

My friends call me water head I drink lots of vitamin water. I have for a long time I did ask the doctor he said" it was ok," I've had no problem.

Vitamin A can be harmfull in large quantities, but most vitamins are excreted if taken to excess. Pregnant women should be cautious of excessive vitamin intake.

probably should not drink too many of them, don't overload with excess vitamins.
