Pork Chops! Tastes better than shake and bake! Or U can use chicken but I like the chops better OH YA! Peanut butter chewies an old trusty favorite!
Just crush a couple cups of corn flakes.
A bowl of seasoned flour (just salt & pepper)
In a bowl beat 2 eggs & 1/4 cup of water.
add a little salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (cayenne if you like).
Dredge the chops in flour, then egg mix then in crushed corn flake. Put on a cookie sheet and bake 350@ for about 45 min, keep checking for doneness! Very, very good!
Peanut butter Chewies
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup (Karo)
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups corn flakes
Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil in a saucepan.
Add PB and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Stir in cereal flakes.
Drop by spoonfulls on waxed paper or foil.
Let cool.

Peanut Butter Crunchies- quite possibly the most addictive peanut buttery sweet treat EVER!! (And they're no bakes!!)
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 to 4 cups cornflake cereal
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a large saucepan stir together corn syrup, sugar, peanut butter, margarine and vanilla. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Allow to boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cornflakes. Drop by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheet. Allow to cool and set.

cornflake cookies
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup margarine

1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees . Lightly grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, mix together the canola oil, margarine, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; stir into the sugar mixture. Mix in the cornflakes cereal, oats, chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool slightly on the cookie sheets before removing to wire racks to cool completely.

Add dry ingredients to creamed mix gradually. Stir in 2 cups cornflakes; mix well and add 1/2 cup nuts. Drop by teaspoons about 2 inches apart (cookies will spread out). Bake 12-15 minutes at 350
CORNFLAKE BAKED CHICKEN
24 chicken thighs or wing drumettes with skin
2 c. crumbed corn flakes
3/4 c. reg. or diet mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Non-stick spray shortening
Dip chicken pieces in mixture of mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper. Roll in cornflake crumbs. Spray cookie sheet with shortening. Bake 1 hour in 400 degree oven.
CHOCOLATE CORNFLAKE PUFFS
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. white sugar
3 c. cornflakes
1 c. chocolate bits
1 tsp. vanilla
Add salt to egg whites and beat stiff; add vanilla. Gradually add sugar and beat until very stiff. Fold in cornflakes and chocolate bits. Drop from a teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
CORNFLAKE BARBECUE
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. mustard
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 bottle ketchup
1 c. water
1 c. cornflakes
Brown beef, add all other ingredients except cornflakes. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add cornflakes. Cook until it looks good enough to eat. Serve on hot buns.

Dishpan Cookies
1 c. butter, room temp
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
2 c. all purpose flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
2 cups dry quick cooking oats
2 c. corn flakes
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
Combine all ingredients in a very large mixing bowl, blending well. Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Allow room between cookies, they will spread during baking. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 375 degrees, or until light brown. Let cool on cookie sheet 1 minute before transferring to wire rack.

CRISPY ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS
1 1/2 lbs. chicken wings, disjointed
1 med. Egg
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ginger powder
1 med. onion, finely diced
2 c. finely crushed corn flakes
Mix together egg, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger powder. Set aside. On wax paper, mix together crushed corn flakes and diced onion. Dip each wing in soy sauce mixture, then roll in corn flakes and onion. In glass baking dish, cover and cook wings on high (9) for 20 minutes, or until cooked. Remove covering halfway through cooking. Use 13"x9" baking dish. Yield: 24 appetizers.

1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 cup crushed corn flakes
2 to 2 1/2 cut up chicken
Mix first three ingredients and dip chicken. Coat with crumbs or flakes. Bake on greased pan or roll lined pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes._____________

2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup

1 c. sliced diced water chestnuts
1/2 c. slivered almonds

1 c. crushed corn flakes
Mix all ingredients except butter and corn flakes. Place in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole. Melt butter and mix with corn flakes. Spread over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. All ingredients may be mixed ahead except corn flakes and butter. This should be put on just before baking. Casserole should be eaten as soon as baked.

try a cabbage casserole 2 cups crushed corn flakes cream of celery soup 2 cups shredded cabbage sharp Cheddar cheese onions don't cook the cabbage and melt butter with the cornflakes put it on top of the other stuff

Use the rice krispie treat recipe- but substitute corn flakes. You can mold the mixture into any shape you want. A lot of people also crumble them on top of casseroles.
