Hestia, in the high dwellings of all, both deathless gods and men who walk on earth, you have gained an everlasting abode and highest honor: glorious is your portion and your right. For without you mortals hold no banquet, - where one does not duly pour sweet wine in offering to Hestia both first and last.
~Homeric Hymn to Hestia~
Of all of the Greek Gods, Hestia was the mildest, the most tender and loving, and the most forgiving. She was kind of the anti-hubris.

Athena. Relatively stable for a Greek goddess, posessing the strength of war but tempering it with wisdom. That's just always appealled to me.

To earlier answerers,
It's not Bacchus, it's Dionysus.
Bacchus is a Roman god.
Dionysus is his Greek counterpart.

I like Zeus, the king of the gods, I just don't like how he tricked women into loving him. But I also like Hera. The queen of the gods, she really liked revenge.
