I don't think so. I think gingivitis has to do with not brushing, flossing and using mouthwash correctly or frequently enough.

I don;t think so, although fast food can be unhealthy when it's too much. Keeping your body healthy is vital for fighting the infections and disease, and without it health complications can arrive. Superior oral hygiene is the best way to prevent gingivitis or any form of gum disease.

Gingivitis is caused by bacteria in plaque. Plaque is formed when the food we eat and the bacteria in our mouth combine. When the plaque is not removed, it starts to irritate your gum tissue. Symptoms include swelling, bleeding and redness. You can eat all the fast food you want, as long as you brush and floss to remove any left behind.
