because there is water in your breath that condensates. not very much water that comes out in a gaseous form when you fart or your would have hot and steamy pants. lol

I think because your breath is always producing heat but a fart is just quick and its not always producing heat or i don't even think it produces heat

because ur breath has water particles, which freeze. farts are sulfur, methane, etc...not water.

I believe its because your breath has more liquid particulates than flatulence does.
