You could use it to make white sauce then freeze it for later use or...

"It is made in minutes, and is the best summer drink."
Divine Milk

INGREDIENTS

* 2 cups milk
* 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
============
DIRECTIONS

1. In a pitcher combine milk and carbonated beverage. Stir and serve.

That'll use up 1/2 of your milk.. I don't know if I'd like it..Chocolate milk or Hot Chocolate would taste good to me..if I could drink milk

Make pancakes and freeze the extras in a Ziploc bag for snacks (nice with apple sauce) instead of bread.
