Yes it is. And yes they can be bred by more than one dog.
If this is a unplanned (and unwanted) breeding; please consult your Vet tommorrow morning. There is a shot they can give your girl so that she will not have puppies; but it has to be given quickly. If you don't want this problem in the future you should consult them about spaying her.
If this was a planned breeding, I hope you really start doing some research on whelping, rearing puppies, and caring for a pregant b__ch. You need to know problem signs to watch for; before they become a big emergency. You need to prepare a place for the whelping; and be ready for any contingency that may arise like tube or bottle feeding if your b__ch does not milk up immediately. You need to be financially responsible for a c-section on her (if needed); and of course to provide for the care of the puppies after they arrive. You should also line up homes BEFORE the litter arrives if possible.
There are many good books on breeding and whelping; and I'm sure your local library or book store can help you. You might even be able to find some help on line. Good luck.

A dog can be breed more than once in one heat. Sometimes multiple males will get with her and that is why you will have such a diverse litter of puppies - because they have different fathers. A responsible breeder will make sure that the female is only allowed by 1 male while in heat and "match" them within a responsible timeframe while she is in heat in order to make sure she takes and has a healthy litter.

Generally, GOOD breeders breed a dog every other day while she accepts the male.
That might be once, twice, three, four...maybe even more times in a heat. Clearly, you need to do a little research.

Yes and they can get pregnant by more than one male too. If your female is not spayed you must be with her every second she is outside your home and inside too if you have an unneutered male in the house while she is in heat.
