Fry sausage & fry eggs separate till hard
Just butter and fry your toast in a skillet. Put your meat and eggs on top cheese would be nice but not necessary.
Sausage egg scramble.
Fry sausage, drain grease,
beat eggs as many as you want! Pour over sausage in the skillet. Stir it up a little cook low till done. Yummy!
Eggs in a nest with a side of sausage. Just to be a little fancy.
Fry sausage put to side
Butter bread, cut a hole in the middle by using a round glass or something. Put on a griddle or in a skillet, lightly brown one side turn over put a bit of butter in the hole and then the egg. on very low put a lid to help egg cook. Wallah, egg in a nest!!!

BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
1 1/2 pounds sausage
6 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 ounces mushroom pieces, drained
1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup green onion, diced
Brown sausage, drain. Layer bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch well-greased baking pan. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Add cheese. Beat eggs and mix with remaining ingredients. Pour slowly over cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 F. for 45 minutes.
Note: Other ingredients may be added or substituted for the vegetables.
If you do not have ingredients to match recipe. Do not panic, think outside the box. You can stil make the bake the casserole, use what you have.

its hard to tel you more ideas i do not know what else you have on hand. be creative experiment you might come up with your own personal signature dish. Do you have pasta, make a sauce with cooked egg and sausage and serve over that rub butter and garlic powder on bread. (I know thinking sausage and egg over spaghetti is weird but I have done it lol i n a pinch. I used a prepacks of creamer form hotel, lol and water i had not milk, and hard boiled eggs made gravy like with sasuge drippings, added lots of spices I love heat, and served it over buttered pasta, there was noe left, after the weird looks.

cut the sausage in small pieces, and cu the bread in small square pieces. then heat up a little oil, and sautee the sausage and bread together until both turn a little brownish. then break the egg and pour it onto the sauteed sausage and bread on the pan..scramble the whole thing vigorously, and then cover for a while(2 mins).
eat with rice if you have , or can try with bread as well, or just itself it is a good meal.

French Egg and Bacon Sandwich
PREP TIME 5 Min
COOK TIME 15 Min
READY IN 20 Min
INGREDIENTS
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 4 slices bread
* 4 slices bacon
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
1. Dip bread slices in beaten eggs. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Cook until browned on both sides. Set aside but keep warm.
2. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in pan and fry remaining two eggs.
3. Place one piece of French toast on each of two plates. Place the fried eggs on top of the bread, top the eggs with strips of bacon. Cover with the remaining pieces of French toast. Following that by pouring on the syrup.

Chicken Brocolli Rice
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cooked rice
frozen broccoli
1 can of chicken (like swanson)
1 can of cream soup
Cubed Velvetta cheese
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients; bake 20 minutes or so at 350 degrees.

Pour oil into Paellapan and heat. Sprinkle chicken with Pimenton. Add Chicken to hot oil, cook until brown. Add onion, bell pepper and chorizo. Cook until onions and peppers are tender. Add tomatoes, white wine and cook on low for 10-15 minutes. Add saffron to rice and stir rice into mixture. Pour stock into rice mixture. Add clams, mussels, scallops and poke into the water. (or any seafood you desire). Lay shrimp around top of mixture. Cook on low until rice is tender or al la dente (about 20 minutes.) Decorate top with peas and pimentos. (Roasted peppers). Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
