Condescending in the least. Don't patronize me, if you do not like my views simply speak up. I agree with you.

That can definitely feel belittling and patronizing. I also feel the same way when someone uses my first name in coversation, when we're the only two people talking. I hate that.

you mean attack your faith?

well it does bother me that what I (ME, NOT THEM) believe in bothers them

but it does also bother me when someone is like "listen honey/sweetie," then they go on to terrorize you with the face of a newborn kitten. but that's just how they answer. it's not a really a big issue

I don't think I have ever used those terms. And just so you know Midge I do not try to attack the Catholic church. If I wanted to I could. I believe many catholics are saved but I believe many of your traditions are wrong. I question your traditions I don't attack. Or at least I don't see it as attacking.
